Rosie has also had experience with learning disabilities from birth, growing up with a brother with Fragile X Syndrome and Learning Disabilities. Rosie has done some work experience / volunteer work at the Vale of Evesham School. At 18 Rosie began working at her first job in a residential home, looking after service users with diagnosis from Autism,Acquired Brain Injuries, Challenging Behaviour, Anxiety Disorder, Epilepsy, Schizophrenia, etc. Rosie worked here for 8 years starting as a support worker and working up to becoming Deputy Manager before joining Freedom. Rosie has a level 5 Diploma in health and social care as well as several other training qualifications in areas such as Autism, Safeguarding, Medication, Epilepsy, etc.
Rosie has also completed her Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care, Management.
Training Since Working at Freedom: Level 2 in Safeguarding and Dignity, Level 2 in Handling Medication and Diabetes Training. She has also completed SEND Teacher Level 2,3,4 & 5, MAPA, COVID-19 training, Level 3 in First Aid and Paediatric First Aid, Infection Control, Fire Safety, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Epilepsy, Safety Intervention Training and more…
Rosie recently (February 2025) completed her Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management.
